LEADERSHIP

We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them."

At the heart of my practice, I listen, advocate for inclusion and utilise creative methodologies to problem solve. I am often inclined to incorporate quantitive and qualitative research to support my findings and use such approaches to promote the evolution of individual projects. Additionally, I use this method to engage with small-large organisations and connect with participants.

With a 13-year career working in the cultural and creative sector and eight years in leadership roles, my continued career goal is to actively work within the creative industry and cultural policy sector to provide a more accessible and inclusive arts sector for all.

I'm interested in collaborating on international projects,

getting stuck into grassroots youth initiatives and join the conversation

that impacts Cultural Policy.

Let's collaborate!
